The hospital outlines that anybody who is over 65 years of age, and experiences falls or is likely to experience a fall, those in a position to walk for 25 metres, and those who can securely take part in a controlled exercise program should participate in the program. After enrolling in the program, individuals are expected to attend exercise and consultation sessions twice a week for a duration of six weeks.
